    Good ideas I do at least 10,000 steps a day with my fit bit today I did 14,500 steps Got up & did stretches & a workout video with an online Couch, its so much more encouraging doing it with someone. Sometimes I go walking with my dog on the trail or go biking sometimes on the weekend with my husband. Just get out & do anything--mix it up--it makes it more interesting.
