    Great article and encouragement. I have found a great recipe for a Carob Fat Bomb and you could use cocoa or cacao powder in place of carob powder. The coconut oil and shredded coconut keeps you full and satisfied. 1/3 cup coconut oil (solid) 1 cup shredded coconut (no sugar) 2 TBSP carob powder (or cocoa/cacao powder) 1 Tsp Cinnamon 1/8 Tsp sea salt 1 TBSP Real Maple Syrup Combine (works well to stir together with a fork). I spread mine in a pan and cut into bars. I hope this treat helps you to stay healthy! Kim
